At Zen Life Forever, our botanical soaps and skincare products are handcrafted in small batches. Because many of our products are handmade and intended for personal care use, slight variations in color, shape, texture, botanical placement, scent, or appearance are natural and make each piece unique.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

14-Day Return Window

We accept return requests made within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging
• In resalable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Personal Care & Hygiene Products

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, opened, used, washed, tested, or otherwise handled soaps, skincare products, bath products, or other personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once a protective seal or product packaging has been opened, the item is considered final sale unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Handmade Product Variations

Because our products are handcrafted using botanical ingredients, natural variations may occur.

Differences in flower placement, color, transparency, texture, shape, or other handmade characteristics are not considered defects.

For example, Golden Camellia flowers suspended inside each handmade soap may naturally vary in size, color, and position from the product photographs.

These variations are part of the character of handmade botanical products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

the product, the packaging, and any visible damage.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

If the issue was caused by us or occurred during shipping, you will not be responsible for approved return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Zen Life Forever is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used personal care products; products without their original packaging; custom or personalized products; gift cards; clearance or items specifically marked Final Sale; and products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and other charges associated with a return unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Original customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be canceled and will instead be subject to our standard return policy.
