How to Use
For a Foot Soak
Place 1 sachet in hot water and steep for approximately 10–15 minutes. Pour the infusion into a foot basin and add warm water until a comfortable temperature is reached. Soak and relax.
For a Full Bath
Use 2–3 sachets. Steep in hot water for approximately 10–15 minutes, then add the herbal infusion to a warm bath.
The water may naturally deepen in color as the botanicals infuse.
