- Orders of $100 USD or more: FREE SHIPPING
- Orders under $100 USD: $10 flat-rate shipping
The $100 free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Orders are typically processed before shipment, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
11. International Orders
We will ship with duty-free methods so customers won’t need to pay for extra tariff so far.
12. Returns & Refunds
Our current return policy generally allows customers to request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused and unopened products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soaps, skincare products, bath products, and other personal care products cannot normally be returned.
Handmade variations in color, flower placement, texture, transparency, or appearance are not considered defects.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported promptly after delivery.
